I don't believe I ever really paid much attention to it before, but in the last few days I've come to notice that most of my customers are decidedly...male. Which is actually quite a shame. Women seem far more appreciative of the language of flowers, yet they have so little to do with it if a bouquet isn't handled - usually improperly - by some masculine shape.

Such a shame.

Cassandra; I won't be at the store tomorrow, so I suppose I'll leave it up to you as to whether or not we're open. You're more than welcome to take the day off, but if you find you'd rather work, I also trust you to tend to the place while I'm away.

As I'm sure that suggests, I'm going to be out of town for short while. Ares has kindly extended an offer to get out of the city for a bit, so I'll be out until sometime tomorrow. I think it's high time I saw more than just the city. I don't believe it will be necessary, but if I'm needed, I will have my cell phone with me.

The apartment is incredibly quiet tonight. I suppose that has something to do with how late the hour is, but it's still strange - especially for this place. Though, honestly, you'd think a person would be used to living alone after so many months. Not that there aren't perks to that.

I like it here. Even without Mother and my husband. Springtime may just strengthen the nostalgia.

I need someplace to stay for a few days. Would anyone mind letting me stay with them? Spare bedroom, on a couch, it doesn't really matter. And I do promise to be as little trouble as possible.

Is anyone else in an absolutely fantastic mood today? Spring is finally here! It's still cold, yet, but can't you just feel it warming up, the seasons changing? Soon the rains will start and everything will be in bloom so long as the frosts stay away. And I don't have to move! For once I can actually stay put and enjoy the Spring with Hades and Mother.

It's been a wonderful day. And 22 doesn't feel the slightest bit different from 21 in mortal years.

Oh, and Dionysus, I'm so sorry I forget to wish you a happy birthday. I did order a gift for you, though, and it came in today! I don't know much about wines, I'm afraid, but I ordered a bottle of 1996 Dom. Romanee-Conti La Tache Grand Cru. I hope you like it.

Ugh, I can't sleep. I've tried my teas and laying in bed, but...mmm. I wasn't feeling well at work or when I got home, and now it's just getting worse.

I went to check on Dionysus because he was punched....and he tried to bite me. Several times! I had to wear oven mitts to reset his nose (which was awful). And I know he bit Thanatos last night (and didn't Thanatos say Dionysus was DEAD before the party?), and then today Thanatos is acting so strangely? And didn't Dinoysus say he'd been bitten at a party the other night?

I....I locked Dionysus in his bathroom. It would be best if he stayed here for a while, we think.

Who else has been bitten since the party? I think....I think you're going to turn into a zombie in danger. And I know how it sounds, but I am not crazy. Bites are how it always starts!

Edit; Apparently Aphrodite has been bitten as well. Does anyone know where she is?


[MOD OCC; Welcome to Event Number Four everyone! If your character has been bitten by Dionysus, they have 12 hours before they die and then a minute or two before they wake back up as a ZOMBIE. For now, all zombies are just like themselves except with a rising urge to bite other people. If any zombie bites your character? They join the horde!

HOWEVER, as the week progresses, the zombies will grow more and more aggressive. Dionysus will be leading the way, so keep an eye on him for an example~! If you've got any questions, just ask me or Doc! ENJOY THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.]

Dionysus; I just realized that I have yet to choose a movie to kick off yours and Phobos' movie night. I figured I should at least let him know a few days in advance, but I'm not sure what to pick. What would you recommend?

Orders are already coming in at the store for this weekend, so I imagine we're going to do quite well. Which is good considering I wasn't able to be there last week.

I have never been so glad to have had to confiscate Hades' cigarettes.

Aside from all that, I'm very much looking forward to the elevator being fixed. Twelve flights of stairs are...exhausting.
